Last updated 16 September 2026
Feed Engine runs a network of price comparison websites and the feed technology behind them. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and what rights you have. It covers feedenginegroup.com, our contact with merchants, affiliate networks and other business partners, and the internal tools we use to run our business, including tools that connect to Google services.
1. Who is responsible
Feed Engine Group ApSCVR 45471608
Guldbergsgade 25, kl. th.
2200 København N, Denmark
info@feedenginegroup.com
2. When you visit feedenginegroup.com
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
If you book a meeting, the booking form is provided by Google Calendar. We receive the name, email address and any other details you enter, and we use them to hold the meeting.
3. When you work with us
When you write to us, book a meeting, or work with us as a merchant, affiliate network, agency or other partner, we process:
- your name, work email address, phone number, company and role
- our correspondence and notes from our meetings
- agreements, programme terms, and commission and invoicing information
We use this data to answer you, manage the partnership, fulfil our agreements and keep our accounts. The legal bases are the performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in running and developing our business relationships (art. 6(1)(f)), and our obligations under Danish bookkeeping law (art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Google user data and our internal tools
Our internal tools connect to Google services through accounts that belong to Feed Engine, including Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics and Google Workspace. Only Feed Engine's own staff use these tools, and we don't offer them to anyone else.
- Google Ads. We access campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, budget, performance and conversion data for Google Ads accounts owned or managed by Feed Engine Group ApS. We use this data to report on and manage our own advertising. A person at Feed Engine approves each change to our accounts before it is made.
- Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics. We access product, account and aggregated traffic data for our own websites and our comparison shopping service.
- Google Workspace. We read email and create drafts in Feed Engine's own mailboxes to keep track of our business correspondence.
We use Google user data only for these purposes. We don't sell it, we don't use it to target advertising at individuals, and we don't use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, as described in section 5, or when the law requires it.
Feed Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers for hosting, cloud services, email and AI-assisted analysis, including Google, Cloudflare, Hetzner and Anthropic. They process personal data only on our instructions. When a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. We delete correspondence and contact details no later than three years after our last contact, unless an ongoing agreement or a legal claim requires us to keep them longer. We keep accounting records for five years, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.
7. Your rights
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict our processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@feedenginegroup.com.
If you disagree with how we process your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows when we last changed it.
